The service is fully remote. Plans arrive by email and takeoffs go back by email, so where you are makes no difference to how fast you get it. What does change by location is what goes into the estimate — wind classification, soil classification and climate zone.
There is no site visit in this process and there does not need to be one. Everything we measure is measured off the drawings, which means a job in Darwin gets exactly the same turnaround as a job twenty minutes away.
What does change is the content. A carpentry frame in Darwin is designed to a cyclonic wind classification that would be over-built in Hobart. A slab in Adelaide sits on far more reactive soil than one in Perth. Insulation R-values change with the climate zone. We price against the classifications that apply to your site rather than a national average, and where the drawings do not state them we ask.
It does not matter. We work with tradies and subcontractors anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote sites. The pages below exist because those locations have specific conditions worth writing about — not because they are the only places we work.
