Eagle Eye Estimations (ABN 60 979 150 516) provides construction estimating and quantity takeoff services to clients across Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, trade or business type, the service you need and a description of your project. If you attach plans or documents, we receive those files. If you apply through the careers page we receive your contact details and your resume.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records standard analytics data through Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare the estimate you have asked for, and communicate with you about the work. Project documents are used for the purpose you sent them for, and nothing else.
Analytics data is used to improve the site — which pages people actually read, which ones are not working, and whether the free tools are being used.
Drawings, specifications and scopes of work you send us are treated as confidential. They are not shared with third parties and they are not used as public examples of our work without your permission. Where work is shown publicly on this site, project details are kept general and client names are removed.
Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block these in your browser settings or with a browser extension without affecting how the site works.
Functional cookies. The concrete calculator sets a single cookie to remember that you have already provided your details, so it does not ask you twice. It contains no personal information beyond that confirmation and it cannot be read by other sites.
This site is hosted on Netlify, and enquiry form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling before reaching our email. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Email is handled through Microsoft Outlook. Each of these providers has its own privacy terms, and each may store data outside Australia.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.
Enquiry details and project documents are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are deleted when they are no longer required. If you want your information deleted sooner, email us and we will action it where we are not required to keep it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email eagle_enquiries@outlook.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy issue, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
